The presentation will explore the cultural appropriateness of an on-line learning course for Pacific Island students. The course used a range of technology, particularly the communication tools of WebCT-chat rooms, discussion boards and emails, Digital Camcorders and video conferencing to deliver a student-centred approach simultaneously in two Pacific Island centres.
