The objective of this research is to try to find out the presence of certain undesirable effects that are inherent to the scheme of Permanent Education. These effects are related to: 1.- the under-valuation of the contents of the apprenticeship related to the short and contradictory needs imposed by the market; 2.- the progressive deterioration of the work of the teacher, relegated by the technological innovations and the importance of the C.V. design, considered as a value itself, not linked with the contents of the formative process; and 3.- the concept coming out from the subject characterized by his fragmentation, lack of defence and the possibility of change due to the social conditions. As a result, becoming conscious of some of the conditions of the building of the subjectivity linked to the reproduction of the work force is necessary as a possibility of any transformation of the individual situation.
