CONFERENCE DINNER – TUESDAY 12th July 2005 The conference dinner is to be held at Palacio de los Córdova on the evening of the second day of the conference. Transfer times from the conference venue to the dinner location will be announced during the conference. If you have already booked, your dinner ticket will be available for collection at the registration desk. Limited tickets will also be available for purchase at the conference and you are welcome to book for accompanying friends and family members.

If you need to cancel your dinner booking, 85% of the dinner fee will be refunded up to one calendar month prior to the conference. No refund will granted if cancellation is made within one month of the conference.
Cancellation of tours or extras will incur a cancellation fee which may vary according to the tour or service provider.
